The artifact relates to imperialism, since it shows various pictures of british imperialism.

I chose it because I wanted to create a music video, and I spent 4 hours creating it.

That Pax Britannica was strictly in Europe.

No, because this speech sounds really really lame, and does not seem to be able to incite the masses.
