The artifact relates to the arts, as it is the second novel that included the now famous "sherlock homes"

It also relates to west to east

I chose it because virtually all sherlock homes books are an interesting read.

That Sir Arthur Conan Doyle truly deserves the fame he has accumulated as the creator of Sherlock Homes.
